Sunday, April 23, shortly following the Sunday service the 392nd FPW Annual meeting will be held. Yes, our history continues with you as an essential part it! The meeting will be held in person in the sanctuary, and there will be a zoom option that will have on line voting so everyone can participate, please plan to attend if you can, your vote matters! A very big thank you to the Tech Ministry for making it possible for all of the congregation the participate!
The Annual Warrant is being prepared and will be sent out to the congregation when finalized.
At our March meeting Parish Comm reviewed the prior years budget vs. actual income & expenses and the draft of next years budget. We were heartwarmingly reminded of all the time, commitment and care that goes into the financial health of the church. Keeping track of our monthly expenses, the in-depth review of staff compensation in accordance with UUA guidelines, and the wide view that is cast to insure all the needs of the church are considered in planning for next year’s budget, is done by many dedicated members of the church. We are deeply grateful to the Finance Committee, Treasurer and Assist Treasurer and Personnel Committee. At the annual meeting there will be a presentation of last years finances and the budget for the upcoming year. As a member of the congregation this budget is yours, we all share in it, and will all be asked as a congregation to vote on approving it. Together we close the year and welcome the one!
