December Activities at First Parish

Holiday gifts for the children and their siblings served by the Boston Medical Center’s (BMC) Grow Clinic
Join in the spirit of the coming season by giving toys, games, and other gifts that will make the holidays special for families who struggle all year just to provide the bare necessities for their children.  Please come to church and remove a mitten from the decorated tree in the sanctuary.  The blue mittens are for children under 5, red for 5-10, and green mittens for 11 and up.  Take as many mittens as gifts you are willing to purchase.
Suggested Toys and Gift Wish lists are provided.  Just so you know, please do not donate: stuffed animals/toys, jewelry made in China, second-hand toys made in China before 2008, or guns or military theme toys.  Absolute deadline for bringing gifts to the church is Sunday, December 12.   See Martha Scott, David Morrison or Jean Merkl for more information.
