With encouragement from The Green Sanctuary Committee, First Parish Watertown and the First Parish parsonage recently joined households and businesses in Watertown in opting up to 100 percent locally sourced renewable energy for their electricity. The global marketing and consumption of bottled water has quadrupled since 1990. Many major corporations have profited from the bottled water industry at the expense of the environment, human health and municipal water supplies.
