We host a variety of rentals, including folk concerts, piano recitals, community events, choral and folk dance groups, and much more.

Location
The church is located a short distance outside Watertown Square, easily accessible by public transit or car. Several MBTA bus lines serve Watertown Square. The church is centrally located near the Mass Pike at Exit 17. A parking lot adjoins the church, and municipal parking is a short walk away.
Our Space
Sanctuary
Available 9:00 AM – 10:00 PM except Sundays
The sanctuary features a 4’ elevated stage, concert hall acoustics, and stained glass windows. The main floor is carpeted, with 100 moveable chairs. The stage is 16 feet by 25 feet, with a rug over hardwood. Both the room and stage are fully accessible, with access via an elevator to both levels. The room is equipped with a wireless microphone system. Use of the Steinway B grand piano on the stage is available with prior authorization and an additional fee.
Social Hall
Available 3:00 PM – 10:00 PM Sun-Fri, 9:00 AM – 10:00 PM on Saturdays
The social hall, with adjoining kitchen, provides a space to host a gathering with refreshments. The social hall is located directly below the sanctuary. Various configurations are available in the social hall, with 17 six-foot tables and 80 folding chairs. Double doors at the rounded end of the church overlook the terrace and Memorial Garden. Kitchen amenities include a refrigerator, electric stovetop, electric convection oven, and commercial dishwasher.
Terrace & Memorial Garden
Available 3:00 PM – 10:00 PM Sun-Fri, 9:00 AM – 10:00 PM on Saturdays
The Memorial Garden consists of a Memorial Wall, landscaped Terrace, and adjacent lawn. It is a space for both celebration and quiet reflection. It is accessible from the Social Hall via double doors, and features lighting for evening events.
Smoking is not permitted on the Terrace or adjoining lawn.

The rates listed here are for single event rentals, in four-hour blocks. Rates do not include set up or clean up.
Please inquire for reduced rates for ongoing rentals, Watertown community groups, and First Parish members.

Additional Fees
- Building Representative fee: $100 (mandatory)
- Piano fee (as is – piano is tuned 3x/year) : $60
- Piano tuning fee (additional tuning as close as possible to event date): $165
- Overtime fee: An additional hour’s fees will be charged for any additional time greater than 15 minutes.
